我的一天

起床之后呢,我就去买菜,走之前在阳台上看了下,虽然阴天,但是没下雨,开开心心的下楼,可是下楼走了没几步就开始下雨了 。真是倒霉啊。没办法不想上楼只好在楼下扯开嗓门叫小陆给我扔伞下来 。拿了伞去买菜,走在路上那雨啊,突然间就跟在海南的时候,夏天下暴雨一样,瓢泼啊。不一会我的鞋啊,裤子啊,都湿了不少。眼看着菜市场近了,雨也小了,等我走到菜市场的门口的时候,雨,停了。你说说,你说说,难道真的事RPWT?我想不会吧。本来想吃剁椒鱼头,但是到了鱼档,一问,鱼头买完了 。没办法只好买了两条鲫鱼,回去红烧了吃。嘿嘿。又买了丝瓜啊,青菜什么的。回来的时候在楼下的小超市里买了碱,一会做发糕要用。

做完这所有的一切已经是五点多了。时间过的真快啊。感觉还没做什么呢,又快到晚上了。但是因为午饭吃大比较晚,所以晚饭还没到点,可以看会电视上会网。

8点钟,小陆饿了,懒得炒菜什么的,拿出挂面,洗个青菜,切点葱花,做个简单的酸辣面。搞定!

再后来呢,就是边看电视,边聊天,顺便在坛子里水水。一天就这么没了。

春饼呢,我一直挺想做的,在海南的时候就想做来着,可是不知道为什么就是懒得动。这到了武汉,越来越爱做面食,所以这春饼也被我给折腾了出来。第一次做,做的不好希望大家见谅哦。呵呵

原料:面粉、油(这事中餐,说以量呢,根据各家情况自己决定哦)

做法:

1、面粉适量,先用90%的开水烫面,再用10%的凉水和面。再揉成光滑的面团,醒半个小时;(将和面的水分成90%的开水和10%的凉水和面,可以让做好的春饼有嚼头不粘牙)

2、醒好的面,分成分,用手搓成长条,然后分成一个一个面剂子,要是偶数哦。因为一会要两张一起烙。按扁,在一面上图上油,洒上面粉,形成油酥,再将两个两个一起擀成薄饼;

3、将擀好的饼放入烧热的平底锅里,用小火烙,一面起泡鼓起,反面烙另外一面。待两面都熟了之后,将两张饼分开即可。

4、将烙好的饼配上自己喜欢的菜,卷起来,就可以吃咯 。妖精今天配的是剁椒剁椒萝卜丝和五香驴肉。

饼妖精烙了很多,原因呢,就是我为了下顿吃炒饼。记得以前在西安的时候,我老爸最爱吃的就是炒饼了,妖精跟着老爸,也喜欢吃炒饼。所以这好不容易做次春饼,当然要多做点,还要吃一顿炒饼呢。
